Our unique service begins the moment we receive your call. Following an initial telephone conversation or an email, we arrange to visit you at a time of your choosing. At this stage we will aim to establish which of our services might best suit you. We will discuss the expectations you will have for your Nanny or Maternity Nurse, and we will focus upon your requirements based on your children’s needs.

It goes without saying that a home visit is essential for us to meet both you and especially your children. It is vital that you have this person-to-person contact from the outset.
